How to advertise on Gmod University

We have been getting alot of questions through e-mail asking about our advertising space, and well, I have made a decision. To begin with, we were going to charge for advertising spaces, but now we realized, it's not worth it because we'd be ripping our buyers off. We only get about 500 view/month (That counter in the sidebar was just put in there about 2 weeks ago and started from 0), and so that would be a rip off. Our new plan is to exchange with another website. Let me get more into details about it.

Okay, so.. You contact us about wanting to exchange ads and when we come to an agreement, I give you a HTML code containing a banner that when clicked takes you to my site. And you give me one too. But, however, there are requirements! Read below.

Requirements:
1) Your website must have an average of 500+ views monthly with proof.
2) If you advertise in our 468x60 spot, we also advertise on your website in a 468x60 spot or bigger. NO smaller.
3) Same as #2 but for the 300x250 spot.
4) No charges what so ever.
5) You must never take down the ad(s) unless you are changing something that requires it to be temporarily down.
6) If the ad is down from your site for over 1 week, we take your off our page too.
7) If you are going to take it down for over 1 week, notify us first.
8) If you wish to cancel our deal, contact us a week ahead of time.
9) You are atleast 13 years of age.

By making this deal with us you agree that you will not violate these Requirements, and by doing so we can cancel our deal without any notice at all.
